A Polocrosse-Filled Half Term in the North West

Riders of all ages picked up sticks over the October half term holidays. The North West region was particularly active, with PC polocrosse coach Amy Galvin running sessions at West Lancs County PC, Cheshire Riding School and Lodge Riding Centre.

Amy is our North West Regional Rep and also the Pony Club Area 4 Co-ordinator. She has been working with a number of new players over the last year, and we are starting to see a great resurgence of interest in polocrosse in the north west area.

This year has been a good one for Pony Club teams in the North West, with both West Lancs and Cheshire Riding School having teams prepared for the Pony Club Championships. Despite the event being cancelled at the eleventh hour, players are committed to keep training over the winter months and look forward to getting back out on the pitch next year!
