28 December 2019·UKPA Administrator
In the UK there are only thirty Level 4 BEF Coaches and the UKPA is delighted to name Tom Simkin (UKPA Chief Coach) as one of that group.
Tom achieved his BEF UKCC Level 4 Coaching accreditation in December 2019, having worked for two years on modules involving learning and research to support methods of coaching and advancement of professional knowledge and practice. Field based assessment was used, alongside a dissertation and a final presentation to a panel of BEF assessors.
It is therefore a great achievement for Tom and the UKPA, to have a BEF Level 4 coach!
The presentation of his certificate by BEF Interim Chief Executive, Iain Graham, took place at the BEF Applied Coaching Forum at Olympia – Congratulations Tom!
